Provisioning for our dedicated server products is manual, not automatic or instant. Where provisioning information is available, it's included on the individual product's page.

Yes. Billing cycle, operating system, and other available options can be changed on the Product Configuration page before you add the item to your cart, and cart items can still be reviewed and edited before checkout.
Each product shows its available billing pricing before you configure it. The options you choose during configuration can affect the total, which is calculated in the Order Summary and shown again in your Cart before you place the order.
