5. Payments & Billing Information

XMART Server LTD does not store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials on our own servers; this information is handled directly by our payment processor.

To deliver dedicated server and VPS services, we may store credentials (such as usernames and passwords) needed to configure, access, or support the service we provide to you. You are responsible for changing default credentials and safeguarding access to your service once it is delivered, as described in our Terms of Service.
For security purposes, we log account login activity (IP address, approximate location, browser, and device information) and administrative actions performed on services (such as provisioning, suspension, or configuration changes), together with the associated IP address, to help detect and investigate suspicious activity.

When you contact support, we retain the content of your messages and any files you choose to attach, so that we can respond to and keep a record of your request. Support communications may also be used to help us improve our services.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Your XMART account password is stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, meaning we cannot see your plain-text password. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, and any credentials issued for your dedicated server or VPS, confidential.
11. Data Retention
We retain account, billing, and service information for as long as your account remains active, and for a further period as necessary to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business record-keeping requirements.
We do not currently offer automated self-service account deletion. If you would like to request deletion or removal of your data, please contact support, and we will consider the request subject to the requirements above.
12. Your Choices & Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to reasonable requests, taking into account our legal, contractual, and legitimate business obligations.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory data protection right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to you.
